Tournament outcome depends solely on player skill, strategy, and in-game performance.
Organizer does not participate in tournaments as a competitor.
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between the user ("Participant", "You") and TOURNA_X Elite ("Platform", "Organizer", "We", "Us"). By registering, paying entry fees, or participating in any tournament hosted on this Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
The Platform organizes skill-based esports tournaments conducted within the Free Fire game environment. The Platform does not conduct gambling, betting, wagering, or games of chance. Participation outcomes are determined solely by player skill.
The Organizer reserves the right to verify identity and disqualify fraudulent or duplicate accounts.
Total Revenue = Entry Fee × Total Participants
Final prize pool and structure will be declared before match commencement.
If fewer than 10 participants register, the Organizer may cancel or merge the tournament. If there's any issue or cancellation, the Organizer will notify registered participants and offer a full refund. But disqualification because of user's fault will not be refunded.
Violation may result in disqualification, prize forfeiture, permanent ban, and account suspension. Organizer decisions are final and non-negotiable.
Entry fees are non-refundable except in cases of:

Maximum liability shall not exceed the entry fee paid by the Participant. The Platform shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform, its owners, affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising out of your participation or violation of these Terms.
The Organizer shall not be responsible for delay or cancellation due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental restrictions, technical outages, or game developer disruptions.

Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India).
The seat of arbitration shall be [Rupnagar, Punjab]. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to arbitration clause, courts located in [Rupnagar, Punjab] shall have jurisdiction.
If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, remaining provisions shall remain enforceable.
The Platform reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
